      Pros

      Very friendly place to work, can easily strike up a conversation with anyone due many people having similar interests. People are also very passionate about their work in general.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than similar positions in the industry even though management denies it. Management make it sound like they are paying you more than they really are by adding benefits like "free" games/battle.net balance to fluff up your total compensation. I'd rather have cold hard cash thanks.

      -Good amount of pleasant and talented people with common interests -Lot of diverse training available

      -Atrocious work\life balance -Low compensation in an exceptionally high cost of living area and ever rising demands

      Great atmosphere to work in. Lots of interesting people and everyone is generally pleasant and passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Promotions seem slow and come with a marginal pay bump. Leaving the company and returning with a better title/salary seems common among peers.
