Fostering "...an atmosphere that is centered around teamwork and individuality" is what we want as well, regardless of team. Hopefully you felt comfortable enough while you were here to use one of our internal communication methods specifically designed for employees to share feedback with our executives and senior leadership.Appreciate the thoughts, thanks for taking time to post!

Pros

Looks good on your resume. Fun environment. Most people love being there and working there. Lots of great amenities and perks on campus.

Cons

Not a lot of room to grow in your career; many people stuck in their role for many years without many chances to change or grow. Substandard pay, especially for the hours you work, and the high cost of living in Irvine. Very much a corporation.

Pros

Bragging rights, free games, and good health care plan. They also have company parties and other special events through out the year.

Cons

Lack of care for employees, ignores most feed back. They act like the really care about you till you really need a break/helping hand. They won't hesitate to fire you when you show first signs of fatigue or weakness.
