      Pros

      The Block Imaging team is an incredible group of people, both in their pursuit of the mission that "People Matter" and in their talent, individually and collectively. Such a fun and dynamic team to be a part of.

      Cons

      The Block Imaging team has lots of experience and yet is quite young. This lack of outside experience is beneficial in that we don't tend to live by (or sometimes even know) the "standard way" and yet there are principles and practices of those that have gone before us that are helpful in providing insight for best path to take.

      Appreciate your feedback. I couldn't agree more with using the principles and practices of those who've gone before us. Books like Great by Choice, How the Mighty Fall, the Founder's Mentality and many others have been powerful in shining light on new ways of operating. For better or worse, you sure are right that we don't tend to move in the "standard way." It's a great reminder to balance when to follow the traditional path and when to make our own!       Employer who truly cares about their employees and community

      Pros

      A positive environment where managers actually care about their employees' professional development and personal life. Excellent work gains recognition. Opportunities for growth and promotion.

      Cons

      There could be real ups and downs in work pace; times of a relaxed pace followed by periods of intense demands. However this is not unusual for a sales-driven business.

      Great environment with room to grow professionally but still is in its infancy for growth.

      Pros

      Environment, professional development plans, always hiring. Never had a problem going to upper management to talk or suggest new ideas. Little amount of corporate politics.

      Cons

      Can be slow some days. Getting answers from upper management on new projects can be slow sometimes. Since its smaller, people dont have a problem interrupting your work when they need something.
