Pros
Nothing. I guess the free Patagonia jacket I was gifted for Christmas that I have up-cycled since bc I won’t ever advertise a company like this.
Cons
For a company that boasts great employee, benefits and support as well as fantastic patient care I would have expected a totally different experience. I worked here for eight months and my work life balance was the worst it has ever been. For context, I have been in the workforce for over 20 years. Despite meeting with the c-suite staff on multiple occasions no changes were ever made. Upon putting in my one month notice, which I might add is standard, I was met with resistance, and they pleaded that I would “not leave them hanging and work my call shift”. I should mention my call shift was after my last day would be. One of the c-suite employees then had the audacity to report me to the board of nursing for patient neglect because they didn’t get their way… Do yourself a favor and keep searching. I promise you whatever you find will be much better than working here. I would have rated zero stars, but that’s not an option.
