      Pros

      Remote work is available for AR. One AR specialist was very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Low pay. Unprofessional Billing Manager and Lead. Lead lacks the ability to train accurately and places blame on specialist. Lead (D) complains about being overworked and lack of communication from manager while attempting to train. Lead was very rude, spoke in a demeaning manner and then denied it. Very archaic equipment and work tools. No accurate way to measure work. They have a constant chat group that talks about 95% personal stuff and 2% work related items. Very distracting. Horrible experience, for what could have been great.

      Pros

      Love being a part of a team that provides a much needed service to our most vulnerable population. The culture at Bloom is AMAZING. Truly such great teamwork and kindness all around; everyone is HAPPY to help. Management is superb; open to feedback, down to earth and genuinely care for the patients AND their staff. There’s a reason Bloom keeps getting voted as one of the best companies to work for in Denver.
