Pros

I really love working here! Lots of smart people without egos who really care about our patients, listen to clinicians and are happy to grow and adapt. The emphasis is on providing the highest-quality therapy possible and lots of resources are spent on making sure we're cutting edge in that regard.

Cons

It's a young company (opened in January '25) so there are a few growing pains to be expected.

The leadership team provides a level of support that I have not experienced before. They truly care about the children served and their outcomes.

Pros

The executive team has extensive experience in ABA and are very focused on internal promotions. I love that they are open to feedback and the support I receive daily is greatly appreciated. They prioritize employee experience and care deeply about their families. Great pay and benefits that are unheard of like unlimited PTO and a ClassPass membership.

Cons

The workload can fluctuate and feel heavy at times.
