Pros

Bloomwell has very flexible working arrangements and is very focused on training for clinical staff and outcomes for patients. It also feels like they have an innovative outlook for the future of ABA and try to use technology as much as possible. We also have all the space and materials we need which is very nice. There also is high potential to grow and shape the future of the company with a young leadership team.

Cons

Working for a new company, there are a lot of moving parts and new developments. As the company grows, I feel like my feedback is valued and supports the new policies and development of the company.
