Pros

- The pay is competitive. - The holiday parties are decent. - This is a great place to start,

Cons

- This is not a great place to finish. - They overpromise and under-deliver. - The only chance for upward mobility is if you are Jewish. - They say just enough to make you feel hopfeul, then never have results concerning ideas or career shifts. - Most of the leadership team does not have basic knowledge of the field. - The entire office all take holidays at the same time due to having the same practices, so they are collectively unavailable even during emergencies. - Clients are usually excused for excessive cancellations.

The clients, many of the RBTs, and some admin staff are helpful and informative.

Cons

Communication can go either way. Pay is standard. Recent changes have made the company more and more like all the rest.
