At the end of the day it’s just ice cream.

Cons

You’re either micromanaged to death or left alone so much that sometimes you have no idea what’s going on. Poor communication more often than not. So many snakes in the grass. Only trust yourself. Pay is way behind the times. Drivers got no raises this year. Heard supervisors got raises, but in actuality they raised the starting pay and just bumped them to starting pay. Rookie and veteran supervisors now make the same.

Cons

Slow ability for promotion due to longevity of upper management. Pay could be higher in comparison to comparable positions. Ambitious employee will probably become stagnant quickly

Relatively easy work. Managers are very flexible and understanding. Trusted to work independently

Cons

Not enough work to do for the amount of employees. Work is very futile and you feel like you’ve never actually accomplished anything. Pay is just enough to keep you from leaving immediately.
