Mindless, do what you are told, "family feel" which means backstabbing lying company that only looks out for the very few private share holders.

Cons

Same as above and low paying, make you do everything plus other positions job! Really you can't have someone do marketing/promoting so the sales team can concentrate on SALES!?!?
