It's a job that pays your bills, you do what you're supposed to and you should be able to fly under the radar.

Cons

Not a professional environment, no communication, no structure, there's people with titles of leaders, but no true leadership past their titles, they see you as a number more than a person.

Corporate Flat rate and poor communication from the top Our dealership was not ready for the flat rate due to the setup of the building. We also had newer parts guys and service advisors. Lost 3 technicians in one week due to the change to flat rate
