Terrible culture in the corporate finance/accounting department stemming from the CFO. They are a fast growing Company but have a internal goal to work each employee as many hours as possible before workers get burned out and leave. There is extremely high turnover in the accounting/finance department causing the Company to use mom and pop recruiting firms as no one wants to place employees here after hearing the horror stories in the past year.

Straight trash pay structure for sales, do not believe the lobby pitch you will get from RVR with their awesome traveling banners they bring everywhere. They will sit there and tell you how much they love the existing business model which is why they are buying the business, then over the amount of time it takes for current ownership to pack bags and save face, usually 12-24 months, they will pillage the company. The only survivors are the cockroach employees that would do anything to save job or cut your knees out as a competitor, this company seems to mostly promote from within the staff that is shallow and heartless which allows the poop to roll downhill freely- open wide.
