“We won’t change your pay”, changes pay. Cuts inventory in 1/3, removes profit from every camper to scraps, expects sales people to sell from other stores hundreds of miles away and leaves lot empty. This company comes from the car world and has bit off a lot more than they can handle. They flew me to Texas for a seminar where every single store I spoke with said the same things were happening at their locations. They took successful businesses and brought in a lot more obstacles to overcome fueled my corporate greed. Customers and Employees are expandable dollar signs. Run from Blue Compass.

Terrible racial diversity and the industry has a lot of bad habits that are discriminatory to women. These are industry issues, really, but blue compass does not stand apart in these. They’re bad enough I told my minority friend to not apply, because it wouldn’t be a safe environment for her. I’ve had to fight hard to be treated with respect from my peers and have that expectation enforced. 401K matching is a bare minimum expectation, and there is none, health care is not great.
