I just love working for this company. They encourage their employees and have great training programs and encourage employee development. A really positive company to work with and be apart of.

It was a great company
Cons
Management is not invested in its people. Training and advancement are highly touted but not provided. HR is not honest, write-ups are used as weapons and include known inaccuracies. Pay is below norms. Constantly later and later paydays appear to be cash flow problems. A poor future has been cited while continuing to expand, even going through rebranding 140 locations with new names, signs and even new paint.

This company holds very strong Core Values, values its customers and their RV buying and owning experience, and builds the strongest associates through training, and positive energy.
Cons
None, other than some slight growing pains typical to a company that is growing exponentially, nothing that has not been addressed.
