Cons

Unstable hours due to frequent client cancellations, which directly affects pay. Limited compensation for cancelled sessions even when the employee is available to work.

One of the Best ABA Companies to Work For

Pros

Blue Gems is the best and highest-paying job I’ve had as an RBT. The schedule is very flexible, which makes it easy to maintain work-life balance. I feel genuinely supported by the staff and supervisors, and communication is clear and respectful. They value their employees and provide a positive, encouraging work environment

Cons

As with most ABA jobs, the work can be emotionally demanding at times, but the support from the team helps a lot.
