Pros

- sets RBTs and clients up to succeed - spends time making sure the RBTs know what they need to do before running programs -fast response from management

Cons

-central reach - HR can be a little slow to respond sometimes but always gets back to you!

Pros

Everyone Is very nice and helpful and I love the fact they acknowledge the workers and value our services.They even have a raffle where you can earn a bonus,..Which is great! I would definitely recommend for employment or otherwise.😁

Cons

No real complaints from myself but This is more of a part time job,you can get more then one client if available which helps to make it more of a full time position.

Pros

I’ve been with blue gems for approximately 2 years and we have a VERY supportive staff from CEO, admin on down. Your needs and concerns are always met; training available if needed. Great “Reinforcements/Rewards”. Don’t get me started on the company parties and freebies :). I love it here!!! P.S: I’ve worked at other ABA companies and this is the best company that I’ve worked for.

Cons

Some families cancel sessions last minute but it’s out of the company’s control.
