Working as a BCBA for Blue Gems feels ‘personal’ and connected, something hard to find in the ABA field. The culture within the company emphasizes collaboration, growth, and a sense of community. I feel valued, respected, and appreciated. Leadership continuously looks for ways to improve quality, increase morale, and engage all staff members.
