I've had a great experience working as a BCBA at Blue Gems ABA. The leadership is supportive, approachable, and truly cares about both employees and the families we serve. Communication is strong, and whenever challenges come up, there's always someone willing to help. One of my favorite parts of working here is the flexibility and the collaborative environment. The clinical team works together, values each other's input, and is focused on providing quality care rather than just meeting numbers. I also appreciate that the company listens to feedback and is always looking for ways to improve. The families are wonderful to work with, and it's rewarding to see the progress our clients make with the support of such a dedicated team. Overall, Blue Gems ABA is a great place for BCBAs who are looking for a supportive culture, opportunities for growth, and a company that genuinely values its clinicians.

They are very engaging, promote colleague support, and offer tons of opportunities to move up in the company! They seem to really listen to their RBTs.

Cons

Not much opportunity to work in the center but no other cons! Haven't experienced much of it.
