Pros

Hourly is okay, hours are okay, management is okay depending on store

Cons

Horrible commission structure, reps need to hit 20 new lines in order to make anything. They constantly change the structure to make it harder and harder to make money. Stores are too staffed for all reps to hit. The only way to make money is to lie to customers and you are expected to slam accounts with new lines and lie to customers saying it will save them money. Scammers are encouraged, rewarded and promoted.

Upper Management breathes down everyone's neck. There have been many write-ups for the majority of employees in the district.
