Plenty of room to move up the ladder, better pay than most entry level jobs in my area.

Cons

Will drastically change your commission rate with little to no warning beforehand.

Pros

Commission was amazing, the job was easy once you knew how to sell and work their system, and their hours weren't that bad.

Cons

Upper management constantly lied. They fired my manager out of nowhere and expected me to carry the majority of the load at the store for the same pay. The regional manager promised me a raise but I never got one. Fellow employees kept joining and then quitting making me work more hours. The homeless would constantly steal from the store and make it very unsafe to work. I was threatened by the homeless constantly and one of our co-workers was assaulted by one of them. I was constantly left alone in the store with no one to help me.
