      Pros

      Fast growing company which means there is always an opportunity to move up. Great team environment, good opportunity to make a lot of money, no cap commission, great energy.

      Cons

      Being that the company is new there is constant changes within the company when it comes to leadership and commissions.

      Pros

      Sitting here, in store, trying to figure that out. They are pretty hands off, which is nice. Only time you have to talk to them is when they want to tell you how much of a failure you are.

      Cons

      Everything. I'm only still here till something better comes along. Their base pay is trash, and the commission gets worse by the month. They are so cheap that they stopped carrying AT&T bags and want us to order generic "thank you" bags from Staples. I cannot stress how cheap and penny pinching these people are. Bought a decent little AT&T AR recently and pretty much took away any and everything that made the previous AR a great place to work.

      Pros

      Offer hourly/ salary + benefits. Offer sick/ personal leave, with many limitations. One of the very few cell retailers with a 401k, but they stole that from Live Mobile LLC, which they bought, and then laid off most middle to upper management.

      Cons

      Consistent pay decreases. Will eliminate your job title, and decrease pay without notice. Say they offer career advancement, but don't post jobs for internal applicants Bought out another functioning company, but can't function as a company. Have corporate policies for COVID that are to strict for airlines and travel agencies to follow. No paid maternity/ paternity leave.
