Pros

Since joining part-time during my senior year of college, Blue Mountain has allowed me to participate in meetings, explore different projects, and learn more about myself through various opportunities. Very proud to work for this organization as we constantly are growing and looking for ways to improve.

Cons

Not really a con but our group is an all hands on deck approach, When things get busy (and they often are), the company has taught me the importance of pivoting to being able to manage multiple projects at once. Remote work has been a journey adjusting to, but it's necessary for my life at this moment and the people/company make it worth it.

Pros

Blue Mountain is a company that really aspires to help it's employees grow and develop both professionally and individually. I started with the company as an intern and returned full-time shortly after. In my time with the company, I've had several opportunities to pursue my passions and shape the way that I have wanted to grow in my career, and at every step I've had nothing but support from both management and the company as a whole. This is a company where your voice can have a powerful impact, and you're not simply a number on a spreadsheet. In addition to this, the company culture at Blue Mountain is about as good as you can ask for. The remote-first work environment promotes a healthy work/life balance while also giving all kinds of opportunity to connect with co-workers on a more personal level. Upper Management is very transparent and up front with goals, achievements and challenges, which is not something I believe you see in every job. At the end of the day, there's no one in the company that you can't go to for guidance if you need it, which I also find refreshing and unique.

Cons

Blue Mountain is a fast-paced, constantly growing company. While I find this exciting and full of growth opportunities, it can be challenging for those who prefer more stability and routine. Each day can bring new obstacles and unexpected tasks, so resilience, adaptability, and a hunger to learn are essential. For those ready to embrace change and grow alongside the company, this can be an fantastic place to work.
