Pros

By far my favorite thing is the people in this company. I believe the culture is incredible. Coworkers are incredibly friendly and are always willing to help out if the need arises. If for some reason you need to take PTO you can do so without feeling bad about it. This company emphasizes how important it is to take breaks from time to time to rejuvenate yourself. Career development also seems to be a big deal here since they want you to grow and be the best version of yourself.

Cons

Almost no cons at all. Pay could be better but this is an entry level position with training involved so it is understandable

Everyone is friendly, and someone is always willing to help when needed. The training is thorough, ensuring you know what you're doing before you're set on your own. The work is of high quality and not too overwhelming. Additionally, the job is remote, which is perfect for my lifestyle.
