Excellent opportunity for learning, amazing manufacturing capabilities, multiple engine / vehicle programs from research through production under way, incredibly capable and intelligent employees

Cons

Culture has largely shifted away from the innovative and fast paced research environment that founded the company. Becoming mired in dysfunctional processes and systems that are stifling creativity, slowing manufacturing, and generally making the work environment less enjoyable. Limited growth opportunities. On track to become more like an older fashioned big aerospace company (example: Rocketdyne) rather than the lightweight and agile company they set out to become (and were) at the start
