      Pros

      Building rockets and advancing the space industry.

      Cons

      Management is weak and clueless. A bit like the blind leading the blind. Several great employees, but even more terrible ones. Maybe next time layoff the terrible ones. It shouldn't be that tough to figure out. With each layoff we see mostly excellent workers being let go. To everyone's surprise. Now the losers left behind need to hire new people so that the new people can do the losers work for them. The cycle keeps repeating.

      Pros

      Dream job to work on a never-been-done before mission of sending millions of people to live and work in space.

      Cons

      Passive aggressive "leadership". Communication only occurs through the rumor mill rather than from leadership. Leadership will smile in your face and shake their heads in violent agreement to only turn coat once your back is turned and go in the total opposite direction. They don't value true input if it offends their ego.
