The owner talks down about other employees in front of others, pay is terrible, empty promises left and right. You can feel the toxicity and tension in the air as soon as you’re in the door (if you can find parking). Lunch breaks (1 hr) are unpaid for hourly staff. We received constant ridicule for not working hard enough or doing our jobs well. How can that happen when 90% of your staff has been there for less than a year? There’s no training or coaching- just told to do better.
