Pros

Pay is competitive, work-life balance depends on which group you work in. It's easy to take time off but only because management is unaware of what work is actually being done.

Cons

Upper management and directors are so far out of touch with reality and have zero interest in hearing the truth from employees. They solicit feedback but ignore any constructive criticism. People are treated like pawns. Constant re-organizations so your job is always at risk and/or changing. Employees actually CRY from stress on a regular basis here! I wish I were joking. It's an absolute mess. I have never seen so many people on the verge of having a nervous breakdown.

Not a Good Place to Work

Business Outlook

Pros

OK wages, dedicated and friendly workers, remote work for certain job types.

Cons

Lots of facade, rampant levels of disabling politics, unqualified leadership created by nepotism and advancement through association at the highest levels, ever-changing inconsistent strategies, large investments in archaic technologies and solutions, low employee morale due to frequent layoffs, subtle retaliation and blacklisting of thinkers and doers, trouble attracting talent and an ornamental HR.

Pros

Good pay. Offices in major areas. Telecommuting.

Cons

Leadership has lost focus on what's important. There is an "us" and "them" and if you're part of some special group, you're an "us"..
