      Pros

      Most of the team members really want to do the right thing for the members and really believe in the mission.

      Cons

      Lawsuits against any whistleblowers and will force out anyone who doesn't drink the Kool-Aid of lies. Extremely unethical company that is all about power and ego. Has really gone hill since current CEO and his team came on board and continues that slide. Benefits have been reduced, i.e. no more pensions for new hires after the end of 2015 and anyone under the age currently employed will lose their right to a pension.

      Pros

      Hours, benefits, café, location and is that about it. No more to say but run as fast as you can.

      Cons

      Never been treated so bad. Employees are only a number not a person, When you get over 10 years and over 50, they find a way to fired you or stress you out so bad that you have to leave for your health!

      Pros

      Miserable place to work, just read the bad reviews because they aren't at the top and buried in the PR Blue Shield is great at. BSC is a big joke, and so are its leaders.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. It's not at all a great place to work, and that's the truth.
