There are definitely some awesome people to work with there.

Cons

Company is currently in transition. They are losing a lot of good people due to the changes. Nothing feels stable. They are also losing customers left and right.

Good Pay & team members are awesome! Lifetime friendships have been formed!

Cons

Entire Leadership team needs to be replaced. No matter how terrible a leader is, if they have been there for a while, nothing is done. Benefits cost was raised this year to push employees out of Sutter.

Modest benefit package and wages.

Cons

Poor upper management in EDI related departments. Ego centric parties don't know how to manage people. Very difficult to have a work-life balance. Temps are often hired instead of associates for increased load. Company is under-going a reorg for the past 10 years. Technology is behind most in the industry. IT projects struggle to be successful due to no involvement with end users.
