Pros

In the past had a social conscience but that went out the window with the new greedy executive team. Good benefits but those have also been reduced. Generally good people/environment but large areas within the company are turning over and not in a good way.

Cons

The most incompetent IT leadership you'll come across. Zero leadership skills and even worse technical competence. The HR organization is known to be run by greedy, backstabbing people who promote and cover up corruption - do not trust them at all costs.

Pros

- Some really good people work there that start out wanting to make a difference. Over time though, they are ground down and simply are there for a paycheck. I've seen it time and time again over the two years I was there.

Cons

- They bleed money. Waste money, wasting time, and resources taking forever to do anything. Things that should take a month takes six months or longer. They cycle on decisions and don't decide, or reinvent different ways to to the exact same work. Lots of spinning. - Nepotism runs rampant. You have to watch what you say, even if not critical, but pointing out a different view, because chances are your colleague is related to a manager, director, etc. - Uneducated workforce thinks they know how to do something, but you learn quickly, they really don't. Failures abound, but nothing changes. - Management doesn't do anything to fix slackers. Hands tied due to GPTW survey. Managers are scared of bad, but honest reviews, yet then hand out serious repercussions if a poor, yet honest review comes through. - Managers take credit for their reports' work. THIS is rampant and they get accolades that are undeserved. - I can go one, but will stop here.

Pros

Great location. Close walk from Embarcadero station.

Cons

Very bureaucratic and hierarchical. If you're a director or above your emails will be answered. Otherwise, forget it. Exceptionally high turnover. Many people leave unhappy because of poor managers and broken systems. This company wants to be young fresh and modern, but it fails miserably.
