Pros

Compensation is very good, benefits are good, work locations are clean and bright. Management is trying to make improvements around culture but they have a ways to go. Their HR VP is trying to increase the number of women and minorities in Sr; Level Management which means there is opportunity. People are extremely nice and supportive.

Cons

Since they are not publicly traded, all decisions in middle management take forever and are consensus driven. Even after a decision is made, because the organization has become so matrixed, nobody is held accountalbe for the decisions they make or deliverables they sign up for. Typical Corporate America, it is still who you know rather than what you know when it comes to advancement, but it is getting better.

Pros

Lot's of pto that carries over Able to take it when you are laid off Close to BART

Cons

Too many to mention. As a manager I have never been so embarrassed to be one. The company has very weak leadership and director level folks are literally only interested in ther next raise. A very toxic workplace. Most people who have been here for over a year are looking to leave. Lot's of politics and favoritism.

Pros

The constant ticket filing, endless processes, and paper pushing lead to excellent work live balance! Everyone works on home Friday!

Cons

Still uses Internet Explorer, Windows 8, blocks employees from viewing basic sites, and micromanages every aspect of the business. Ineffective business since people rarely show up to the office 4 times a week!
