Pros

Good benefits and retirement packages which start from day one. Nice new building. Most of the people are very nice.

Cons

Very old software which slows down even the most basic job functions. #1 complaint on floor is unfair review policy. It is obvious to all that it is more important to give inaccurate audits and reviews to avoid giving fair raises. Then to be told by your sup that its not right but there is nothing they can do. Huh? Promotions make no sense. I exchanged several emails a day with a co employee about how much he/she hates working for Blue Shield and how he/she does not do any extra work. Then one month later he/she was given a promotion. Funny thing is most people that are promoted are given interim titles so they do not get a raise.
