Cons
Senior Management fails to recognize what is going on in the industry and rarely leave their confines on the Executieve Floor. Large scale, failed programs and projects continue to be the norm, as do the inept people who lead these disasters. The company actually rewards failure by allowing these people to move on to another program or project, sometimes with a promotion. The company preaches employee retention and " we value our best" but does little to keep the people who actually find success, know the industry and make a difference.
