      Pros

      Great benefits, 50% 401k matching up to 6% of your gross salary, generous 6.15 hours of PTO accrued every pay period but ironically health insurance plan is fairly expensive despite the fact you work for a health insurance company, pay was ok, nice company office

      Cons

      The pay isn't that great, work is long and monotonous and your supervisor is likely to be incompetent, or if he/she isn't, they'll move to a better job and the new supervisor will be incompetent

      Pros

      Overall good culture - smart, friendly, and professional people. Very good about promoting community and volunteer work and encouraging employees to stay healthy. Great location in downtown SF lends for a nice working neighborhood.

      Cons

      Depending on the department or team, can be a little bureaucratic. Slow to promote, too.

      Pros

      I really like what the company stands for and their non-profit status. They do a lot of work for the community. They are up-to-date on technology and sometimes offer cool perks. I enjoyed working for the actual company.

      Cons

      The biggest con to working for this company is that once you are in a department, you may be stuck there for life. One manager has the ability to crush your professional development, even if you are applying for another department. I am not receiving the growth opportunities I would like and feel very stagnant in my current position.
