Pros

The benefits are awesome, and the changes being made we’re going to be great. I just wish I could have been around long enough to see them.

Cons

Same as the first review, however this is a rebuttal to Management stating that I should have talked to my manager, contacted HR, etc. Well, I DID.

Pros

They pay a lot especially for a not for profit. Many upper level employees have been given retention bonuses to stay. Not something that signals a great culture where people stay for other reasons other than pay. Benefits are good but they just added a 'sabbatical' to start in 2023. That's asking a lot to use it and not worth staying in a company like this for 4 weeks off once every 5 years.

Cons

Where do I start? It's horrible. Lay offs, upper leadership not knowing how to focus the employee base on the most important work, leaders having huge egos which cause in-fighting, HR is not helpful or effective at all. Toxic, fear-based culture

Pros

Health insurance costs for employees are low.

Cons

Almost everything. Managers are unprofessional, biased and partial. Employee reviews are always rigged, information is made available on need to know basis. They have outdated processes, waste money to hire & retain senior management and talent is extremely incompetent.
