Pros

Focus on taking care of people. This has always made me comfortable that they really want me to do right by people and to do my best to take care of others. There has been a lot of opportunity for me to grow professionally since the business has grown so much in the last 10 years. I am very confident in the direction and long term success of Blue Sky and that gives me comfort for my ability to take care of my family. I really enjoy that there is so much to learn too. There are so many facets to pest management and I'm always learning, which I enjoy.

Cons

There are growing pains at times since Blue Sky has grown so much, but I feel these pains are generally addressed openly and everyone is engaged so we can work through and get over these speed bumps.

Pros

Working at Blue Sky has been a great experience for me. This company is hands down the most professional pest control company here in the valley. From the people they hire to the way they keep their equipment and trucks looking, Blue Sky is top notch all around. They grow a good amount every year and it's exciting to be a part of that growth.

Cons

summers can get be pretty tough at times with the heat and amount of work that goes out, but I don't mind the heat too much and it's nice getting the overtime.

Pros

Blue Sky Pest Control is a great company to work for. It is run by two owners who honestly care about their customers and their employees. Everything they do is top notch, honest and ethical. They are very selective in who they hire and the result is a great workforce of honest and hard working individuals. The environment is fast paced and everyone works together. The company provides ongoing training to make sure the quality of work stays excellent.

Cons

The busy season in the summer can be a grind, but that is part of the pest control world in Arizona.
