Pros
Blue Sky is a top notch pest control company. The owners, supervisors, and other staff are great. Continual training is a huge pro about Blue Sky. The technicians are up to speed on the latest, most efficient and effective pest control methods due to the trainings. I've worked at other pest control companies and their trainings just weren't even comparable. Simply put, better trained employees equals better service. Another great thing is that there is no cap to what you can do at Blue Sky. They want you to grow. They are happy to help anyone who wants to learn other aspects of the industry or become certified in a wide range of other pests or services.
Cons
Arizona winters are great but the summers can be brutal. Busy season is during the hot summer months and longer hours are expected then.
