We appreciate your feedback! We are so grateful to have the best BCBAs and RBTs and we appreciate their dedication to our clients as well as the hard work they put in to change the world for children with autism. Often companies experience personnel and process changes, which may be difficult for some. In terms of pay, we work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field, but also recognize that we have room for improvement and new feedback. Thank you for your time!

Pros

The work you do is meaningful. The kids are great and working in the clinic was really nice because you have support from other staff and get to see your work family regularly.

Cons

The higher ups are an issue. Not necessarily the BCBAs (who are overworked) but the admin side. Where people with no clinical experience are making decisions that trickle down and affect those that are working directly with clients. The company seems too eager to hire literally anyone. I am all about giving people a chance and shaping them to become great RBTs. I have had to work with newly minted BCBAs and their lack of experience shows. From lack of BIPs or no support to newer staff or no thought to programming based on client-specific needs.

Thank you for your review and your time with BlueSprig. We are honored to have the best clinical staff working for the heart of our company and are happy you had a rewarding experience working with them. We understand "red tape" can be lengthy, but our goal is to provide the highest quality ABA therapy services possible. We will continue to provide resources, training, and support to ensure a positive experience for all. Thank you for helping us change the world for children with autism!
