      Pros

      Mission driven, culture driven, I think they truly want to help children and support families with autism.

      Cons

      CEO, CFO, and department heads only care about themselves and not the growth and development of hard working employees.

We never want our employees to feel burnt out so we recommend staff appreciation days and fun events for our centers so they can have fun doing what they love.
