Pros

They will train you to become RBT. Good training program

Cons

Inconsistent hours and therefore pay, dependent on clients (if they call out) Dependent on which BCBA you get, some are nice while some were critical instead of giving constructive feedback.

Pros

the mission to support the children with autism is meaningful and many frontline staff care. some team members go above and beyond to create a positive experience for clients, even donating their own materials when resources were lacking. there is potiential for meaningful impact if leadership invests in staff wellbeing and operational integrity.

Cons

1. leadership turnover led to a noticeable decline in structure and support. 2. basic supplies for clients were not consistently provided, leaving staff to fill gaps out of pocket. 3. illnesses spread frequently due to lack of clear health protocols and inadequate cleaning procedures leaving RBTs to burn through pto and disciplinary action to take place for their absences. 4. favoritism and cliques among clinical supervisors created a hostile environment, with gossip and exclusion undermining professionalism. 5. professionalism was often undermined by gossip, passive aggressive communication, and inconsistent accountability. 6. concerns raised about staff behavior were repeatedly raised and dismissed even when escalated to upper management. 7. passive-aggressive communication and lack of transparency eroded trust across teams.
