Pros

Excellent clinical resources, passionate people wanting to do the right thing for the right reasons. I especially love our open culture, asking "why and why not" is actively encouraged.

Cons

Like most in the ABA industry, there were some growing pains associated with being a newer company as well as navigating covid. We just celebrated our 5th birthday and are really hitting our groove now.
