Pros

- training was thorough and prepares you to be with clients - data collection system is user-friendly - lots of support from BCBAs and staff - benefits and pay are good compared to other ABA companies

Cons

- admin pay is low and you are not paid in a way that reflects the time you spend cleaning or writing session notes - not fairly compensated for time that you spend waiting for clients when a parent is late - upper management is sneaky, rude, and genuinely doesn't seem to have an understanding of what goes on in the clinics when they arrive while simultaneously trying to push new rules and policies and not understanding why they do not work - redoing the entire internship program and sharing 0 updates about this, making empty promises to staff for moth while the company offered no answers - after merging with Trumpet, it is clear how money hungry this company is. Eliminating positions and moving the workload to other staff with no compensation. The quality of services, training, and professionalism has drastically decreased in the past year.
