Cons

No work/life balance Focus is on the bottom line, not the staff while pretending to put the client first Upper management is very clicky and engage in gas lighting for the staff Buy smaller businesses before the clinics they have open are fully staffed and stable

Pros

I really appreciate the caring and high level of support from the office manager and Clinical Director. I feel like I’m making a difference in families lives and I love the clients so much! The programs are all great, fun, and it is so great to watch the daily progress. I have worked in ABA before but this is hands down the best job I’ve had, despite COVID.

Cons

Hours are not guaranteed and can be less if a client is out.
