Pros

This company has an amazing group of clinics with even more wonderful people working at them. Management truly cares for its employees and strives to make everyone feel appreciated. I became extremely close with my coworkers and supervisors, who made for a positive work environment, along with the kids. I learned an extensive amount about ABA in the short seven months that I worked there, especially considering I started out with no ABA knowledge whatsoever. I was trained thoroughly and always felt comfortable working with clients. We all helped each other to grow and be better at what we were doing to change children's lives. I saw the improvements that kids were making over time and truly believe that the work BlueSprig is doing is not only changing the lives of children with Autism, but making an immense impact on their families, friends and the community. I was sad to leave BlueSprig but know without a doubt that every child, family member and employee that walks into that clinic will be positively affected.

Cons

Client cancellations. The only con I had about working at BlueSprig was that when clients canceled we lost those hours. There is no policy in place for client cancellations which made it hard at times.

Pros

The children and relaxed schedule

Cons

Inconsistency, high turnover, low pay. Poor support from corporate. No opportunity for full time employment. Clinic based but operates like in home ABA, but with lower pay. Hourly rates for client sessions, hours aren’t guaranteed. If your client misses their appointment you don’t get paid.
