Pros

Feels like you are making a difference when you see progress with your clients. Company overall is dedicated to quality and ethical services.

Cons

Very long hours and constant feeling that you aren't doing enough. Caseload can be large. Bonuses do not seem attainable.

Pros

Team of top clinicians are ready and available to help ensure top quality clinical services; Environment of passionate individuals who are happy and excited to be at work every day; Smart, ethical upper management; Excellent company culture; small caseloads to ensure individualized, high-quality services for our learners; no age limits on clients

Cons

Since it's a large company, it can seem overwhelming and busy at times; however, people (no matter their "position" - we value a "level playing field") will find time for you as long as you reach out

Pros

BlueSprig is a mission-driven company that puts client needs first by hiring passionate providers and providing them with the mentorship and training needed to fulfill best practices. Practitioners have ethical caseloads, allowing for effective treatment planning and clinical oversight.

Cons

When “cons” are identified, leadership works hard to quickly improve the process by gaining feedback from team members and making appropriate adjustments. An ongoing difficulty is one that is not unique to the company itself - a shortage of quality providers to meet the needs of families across developmental span, age, setting, and location. BlueSprig works to address this barrier by offering an unsurpassed internship experience that supports those interested in pursuing the field of ABA.
