Thank you for your review! It is refreshing to hear that the work atmosphere, workspace, and colleagues at BlueSprig are all great. While we cannot change the current industry standards overnight, I assure you that we are constantly reviewing and assessing ways in which they can improve the benefits offered to employees. Thank you for helping change the world for children with autism!

Pros

I was offered the chance to move up the ladder pretty quickly. The fun atmosphere of the office day to day. The relationships between the staff, management, and families are amazing!

Cons

The training could be better for staff, that way they are more prepared to step on the floor. Upper management that are not in the clinic setting day to day, to have a better understanding of all the day to day struggles a clinic goes through. Had more support from upper management, during rough times. Offer pay increases and didn't max staff out when they hit their top dollar amount. Have a better work-life balance. Get paid over time, even when salary or get paid something for when you put in well over 40 hours a week or 80 hours in two weeks. When you do marketing events, get paid additional for those. Allow office management to do more for staff, this would help with the turn over rate.

Thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate your effort to bring your thoughts and concerns to our attention. We are delighted to hear that you have had positive experiences at our office, especially in terms of relationships among staff, management, and families, and the opportunities for advancement. We will work diligently to improve our training processes to ensure that all our staff feel fully prepared to step onto the floor and handle any challenges they may face. We want to create a fair and equitable workplace where our staff feel valued and recognized for their contributions, and we understand the importance of offering competitive compensation packages to attract and retain the best talent. We will explore opportunities to provide additional incentives for those who go above and beyond in their roles. Changing the world for children with autism would not be possible without your help!
