Pros

The kids are awesome and you can gain experience as an RBT

Cons

Do not work for big companies like this that have been acquired by private equity firms. The people at the very top don’t really care about these kids and it shows through company policies.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you enjoyed working with the kids and gained valuable experience as an RBT. We understand that working for a company that is owned by or has been acquired by a private equity firm can sometimes raise questions about the priorities and values of the organization. We want to assure you that, despite our ownership structure, our primary mission remains to provide high-quality care and support to the children and families we serve. Our focus is on fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, and we actively work to bridge opportunities between our business operations and the day-to-day experiences of our staff and the families we serve. Thank you again for your feedback. It is voices like yours that help us grow and become better. If you have any additional thoughts or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We are here to listen and to improve.
