Pros

The pay is most that I have seen. I like that the clinic is small so it is not too overwhelming. The BCBA's are great and very helpful. If you have no experience in ABA, it might be overwhelming but its possible. The RBT leads are great at training and are helpful with feedback.

Cons

You do not get a lunch break. You basically have to eat with the kids when they eat. That is if they even eat or not have too much behaviors where you cant sit still. Your breaks are not more that 7 minutes because then you would have to restart your session.
