Pros

Good experience and helpful supervisors that kept proper communication

Cons

A lot of driving and sessions would be missed often due to cancellations. If you were assigned a different type of environment, you had to try to reach out to your supervisors to get any sort of information as to what was going on. Getting started in a new environment there wasn't much coaching sometimes, sometimes you were basically just dropped in and expected to know what to do.

I worked for this company when it was Trumpet. They made the job seem great and supportive when I started. They're willing to pay for extra time spend with clients.

Cons

horrible communication, you're blamed for lack of communication, not enough support from management or enough training

Great team at the clinic level. BCBAs have liberty in creating individualized goals for clients and clinical directors are able to have some liberty on some clinic specific decisions

Cons

Upper management does not communicate well with those working in the clinic settings. High expectations for BCBAs with low reinforcement and pay
