      Super nice people. Learn a lot if you’re wanting to go into the ABA field. Paid training

      Cons

      Very much not paid enough for the amount of work you do. It’s like a daycare but with data and 10x harder.

      Decent place to build skills

      Pros

      -small company -worked on a strong team -wore many hats which let me build up my resume -casual (people wear comfy company swag to WFH every day)

      Cons

      -I avoided several rounds of layoffs that happened to save costs during the peak of the pandemic, which meant that I had various bosses in my short time there - none of which were open to conversations about a raise or bonus because of the pandemic. -DEI is performative -homogeneous teams -compensation is below market rate
